Homophobia is costly to organisations

A recent article in The Conversation (linked below) has highlighted that homophobia and transphobia limit an organisation’s ability to attract and retain a high calibre workforce and are costly to an organisation’s bottom-line.

What’s more, the lack of an inclusive service delivery model can turn LGBTI clients away from an organisation, further damaging the organisation’s ability to achieve its goals.

SHINE SA offers hands-on, practical training to organisations in HOW2 Create a LGBTI Inclusive Service. The training can assist organisations to prepare for Rainbow Tick accreditation, the benchmark in inclusive service delivery. The 2017 round of HOW2 training begins in May. Follow this link for more information on the HOW2 Create a LGBTI Inclusive Service training.
