Course Cancellations – Refund and Transfer Policy

SHINE SA understands that unexpected events may occur and you may need to change your course registration. You may also want to transfer a course registration to your colleague. SHINE SA has criteria for these situations.

All requests for transfers or refunds are to be made via the form below. Requests will be reviewed and responded  to within 14 days of SHINE SA receiving this completed form, according to the following criteria:

  • Any refund or transfer: will incur a minimum $60 (inc GST) fee
  • Refunds with less than four weeks, but more than two days’ notice of training date: will incur a $60 (inc GST) fee, or 50% of course registration (whichever is the greater)
  • Less than two business days’ notice or non-attendance: No transfers or refunds will apply. Special consideration may be given for illness upon presentation of a medical certificate or upon compassionate grounds.

One refund or transfer may be offered per course, and must be utilised within a twelve month period.
Refunds will be credited against the credit card used to register for the course. The ability to transfer a registration may depend on the specific course availability.

 

SHINE SA initiated refunds

If SHINE SA cancels or reschedules a course to a time or location unsuitable to you then you will receive a full refund of the course fee. SHINE SA is unable to refund air fares or accommodation for participants.
