Implanon NXT insertion training
This training will be offered as part of the Introductory and Certificate courses over the year. Extra sessions for training can be negotiated with Dr Katrina Allen, Medical Education Coordinator (katrina.allen@health.sa.gov.au).
IUD insertion training
Theory: This 2-hour session encompasses education about IUDs and a practice insertion session using a pelvic model. On completion of the theory participants can arrange mentored IUD insertion clinics at SHine SA.

Cost: There is no cost for the theory session.
